I enjoy working as a part of a global team.The company is small enough to know a lot of your coworkers but large enough to be competitive and innovate in a global software market. I enjoy the independence of both working from home and consulting onsite with customers. I have been given opportunities to learn new skills and collaborate on a variety of company initiatives. I have enjoyed the relationships I have built with my coworkers and customers in the region over the years.
Cons
The international (non USA) teams are small and you need to be able to cope well with change, be able to work independently and multi task.
