Good hours and immediate coworkers, but terrible work environment and management - Technician uAvionix Employee Review

Work environment was awful. Never knew if the manager was gonna be in a good mood or had a vendetta against you. Would almost never be yelled at, but if they had any sort of problem, it was never directly addressed. They always resorted to shame and embarrassment. Such a shame because the other coworkers we great.
