Pros

It is a nice company with good culture. - great office - mainly nice and smart colleagues from all over the world - processes are clear and stable - work-life balance and benefits are good - product is not the best, but ok and again stable - In this market being lean and small company is an advantage - once you are in the company you would probably find the place very comfortable - AI adoption is good, you have the tools and specialized team responsible for developing it - great events

Cons

- Limited career and salary growth. Negotiate a strong starting salary, as significant raises are rare. - Promotions often depend on reorganizations or someone leaving rather than a clear career path. - Salaries are generally below market, although there have been efforts to improve them. - Some teams are chronically understaffed, leading to burnout, while others are overstaffed. - Some managers are rather toxic and create excessive pressure, contributing to a stressful work environment. Pay attention during interview - People tend to complain a lot, so it's best to form your own opinion. The experience can vary significantly depending on the team you join, but on average it is rather good - it is very hard to push for new ideas and solutions

Pros

- free beer, cereals, milk, coffee and other small stuff - team events where you see your managers get drunk - one trip once a year where the whole company gets drunk - average age 25

Cons

- all the above benefits mean less salary for people while trivago pays less taxes - very inexperience middle managers that treat people like monkey - no way to move up because of older employees and flat hierarchy
