      Pros

      1) One of the finest company for professional learning and working environment, 2) Great compensation and Hike compared to its competitors even at times when the market is dull and standards are little low, 3) Very good exposure to technologies and business on different level of technology learning, 4) Gives great boost to resume interms of a qualified projects, 5) Very fair and robust organization

      Cons

      1) Work depends upon the project we get & immediate supervisor if one is lucky enough, 2) Tough to manage Work Life Balance when there is very high work timings

      Pros

      Have been working in this company for 4+ years. Not only were the opportunities provided but also got to learn a lot that helped in steep growth of my career. Also have worked in both India and US locations and had great experience at both places.

      Cons

      Can make work culture even more flexible.

      Pros

      It's a fast growing organization. They work on both internal products and client projects. Have some very big clients mainly in North America. Specialized for mobile and cloud app development. They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

      Cons

      Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.
