      No reason to work here

      Cons

      1. Very poor management 2. No process or practices are followed while working in a project. 3. Highly biased towards Chennai people. 4. The HR can fire you any time without giving any reasons or notice. 5. No learning opportunity or great projects to work in. 6. Please don't ever join the Noida location. 7. The managers from Chennai will give you the work on phone and there will be no written communication about what needs to be done. 8. Poor policies of work timings and taking leaves. 9. Lack of clarity and communication about the project requirements

      Pros

      Have been working in this company for 4+ years. Not only were the opportunities provided but also got to learn a lot that helped in steep growth of my career. Also have worked in both India and US locations and had great experience at both places.

      Can make work culture even more flexible.

      Pros

      It's a fast growing organization. They work on both internal products and client projects. Have some very big clients mainly in North America. Specialized for mobile and cloud app development. They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

      Cons

      Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.
