      Pros

      A Company has pros when it's take care of its employees but this company don't.

      Cons

      Have hire and fire policy. No policies, no management. HR can call you any day and asked you to stop coming to office from next day. Employees is just an object for them.Their life doesn't matter for them. U'll be fired if you point out mistakes of senior management or speak against their wrong doings. Ego matters over work for them. Biased against Chennai guys. Particularly Friends don't join their Noida location. If you love you career and want to grow in your career, don't take such a big gamble by joining this office.

      Pros

      Have been working in this company for 4+ years. Not only were the opportunities provided but also got to learn a lot that helped in steep growth of my career. Also have worked in both India and US locations and had great experience at both places.

      Cons

      Can make work culture even more flexible.

      Pros

      It's a fast growing organization. They work on both internal products and client projects. Have some very big clients mainly in North America. Specialized for mobile and cloud app development. They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

      Cons

      Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.
