You'll get tons of opportunities to learn here. For almost any requirement, there's a good chance you'll get hands-on experience. If learning is your primary goal, joining Trisys is a no-brainer. The upper management is genuinely excellent - being a startup, you often get frequent interactions with them, which is a great opportunity to learn directly from them
Cons
Work-life balance often takes a hit. Workflow can be chaotic, especially with Business Analysts acting as immediate managers. There's often also a lot of inconsistency and unfairness around office timing expectations, typically enforced by the Business Analysts themselves.
