Bad Management - Technical Support Specialist II triOS College Employee Review

I was laid off just into the second week of my start at this position. The reason being there was a change in management. It is fair to assume that there is no communication at the management level because when the new manager came in, he simply didn't know why I was hired. The management should always have a robust plan before hiring any employee. It was very bad experience as it was my first ever full-time job.
