-The pay is alright -Immediate management actually cares for their employees
Cons
-Making a quick buck on people who aren't good enough to get into a decent college/uni, or just don't do their research - The school doesn't keep curriculum or facilities up to date, any serious issues are fixed via the band-aid method. - The school has a sales team. Have you seen any decent school that actively has to hunt down the students?
