Thank you for your feedback and your reflection. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. The global as well as regional leadership in Ljubljana is doing everything we can to make the transition into the new organisation easier. A reorganisation is never simple and it comes with a lot of challenging changes. We also believe that the appointed people are more than capable and each person that works with us, either in leadership or not, is a person that we believe in. And we will continue to provide them with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their roles. Change is very hard. But we do believe that together, we can continue doing the things we are proudest of: taking care of you, our people, and providing them and you with knowledge and support.
