Good - QA Engineer torck Employee Review

Sometimes you can't talk with team lead about what you think! I got "it is as it is, don't speak about that issue anymore" answer from team lead, while as a quality assurance specialist, talking about what I think about the processes of doing the works should be so important!🤔 I see clear conflicts between feedbacks of team members and customer about the result of our collaboration with director manager feadback! On the other hand unfortunately I can't talk with manager about it.
