Pros
- great management team (maddie minty is fab) - clear development pathway & rapid growth - great product: easy to sell - flexible working hours (within reason) - company car - company events - valued as a member of sales team and wider toob - frequent recognition opportunities - good pay for entry level (brand ambassador) and nice team commission structure takes pressure off - wonderful place to start a career in sales. You’ll get the tools you need to take your career places you might not have thought were possible
Cons
- training not as frequent/formatted as it could have been re: competitors (important info for door selling) - work later than most jobs. Hours are 10-7 - FSE role is tough. Lots of rejection while cold calling - no upselling opportunities so lower ceiling on commission (even though it’s uncapped it’s very hard to get over 60 per month) and lack of variety in product got boring after a while - some big egos in sales (comes with the territory)
