Hybrid Work Schedule available, good work culture, company on growth path

Way Too many tools used to execute work assignments,

Lots of turnover in staff so opportunity to advance for some.

Little room for advancement. No annual salary increases. Benefits are not attractive. The fish rots from the head, I do not see a long term positive outlook for this company unless serious changes are made at the management level.
