      I loved the company when I worked here! I was there for 5 years! Company and the team I had was amazing! The culture and work life balance was an actual work life balance.

      Cons

      Honestly none I had gotten laid off and even still they took such great care of us!

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
