      You will constantly be juggling work load so you will not be bored.

      Cons

      Thyssenkrupp does not seem to understand that they can't run the US side of the company the same way that they run the European side.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
