      The work is easy and it is a union job. The morale amongst the drivers is amazing.

      Cons

      The management team seems to hate that it is union for the drivers and offer no flexibility with life issues that come up.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
