      Pros

      If you only do the minimum, then it's easy work. 3 day/week homeoffice. Mostly really nice people, great teamleads. Really good for those starting in the industry.

      Cons

      If you are good at your job, you won't be compansated very well. It's not worth to try/work hard.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
