Pros

(1) The company still employs conscientious, highly qualified experts, who know what they are doing. Generally, great level of technical knowledge. (2) New, modern office. (3) Great home office ratio (typically 60%), no core hours, you are theoretically tracked by workload (but you still should be in the office around net 8 hours..). (4) They did not dismiss engineers during the pandemic.

Cons

(1) They consistently raise salary every year, but you should sample the market and ask for more. They will pay what is necessary. Juniors and seniors are known to be paid relatively well. (2) Courses, and development plans could be vastly improved. I felt like there is so much work and not enough engineers, that there is no time for education. (3) Lack of even workload within the company, some people seem to be having a lot of fun, and some people get things done. (4) I felt like a robot, the mood within our project had declined. There was nothing to look forward in a day, just endless work and high expectations.
