      - Nice new office - Good for beginners, but you have to actively seek the knowledge you need - Decent Low Level management

      Cons

      - Salary - IT infrastructure in general - Automation in particular - Mid / Upper management

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
