      It has world class technology in hands with German counterparts, nice market presence, loyal customers, well set work processes

      Cons

      Very thin or no training / workshops to employees, no salary band followed (even executives with less experience can have more pay than managers with higher experience)

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
