      Good brand name in their operating sector. Good salaries. Good product range. Good facilities.

      Cons

      Sluggish work culture and not in sync with the latest employment practices. Limited scope for growth since positions are held my people for very long time. Salary growth pretty average.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
