      Worked there for 13 years with mostly great experiences, executive team is knowledgeable and helpful.

      Cons

      Let go with no previous issues, due to some employee sabotage and a very weak HR team.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
