      The vacation time and benefits are good. People are earnest for the most part.

      Cons

      Management and the Holding company don't seem to know where to go, what to do, how to do it. Always changing their minds, no notice, poor explanation, no information, and losing money.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
