      Great company to work for, very challenging environment, company focused on improving the employees technical and soft skills, great benefits and overall compensation.

      Cons

      I worked for the steel business in Brazil and this plant was under discontinuity business.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
