Pros
My supervisors are great and accommodating, I get along with all of my coworkers swimmingly, the pay and benefits are great, there's plenty of opportunities to work overtime if need be, and workplace morale is high.
Cons
Very stressful (pays well for a reason), not much of a nightlife when starting out, you may have to work holidays, and sometimes people can be jerks (but in all fairness, that can't really be avoided.)
