      Easy work easy to do Easter pick up saws cutting metal for various contracts some great middle management that help you all the way

      Cons

      Upper management haven't got a clue couldn't run a bath and sometimes make more problems than they do some of them

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
