Pros
Good place to gain experience in the engineering field. Nice people overall. Very clean environment and good working conditions. Promotes work life balance.
Cons
Poor upper management direction. An odd mixture of micro-managing without being clear cut as to expectations. Failure to retain people with experience has made thyssenkrupp more of a stop gap until something better comes along. This also reflects poorly on any sort of mentoring situations.
