      Schlechte Unterstützung von oberem Management, zeigte oft Desinteresse und wusste nicht was in den Projekten gelaufen ist. Lange Wartezeiten bzgl Formalitäten und Beantragungen innerhalb des Unternehmens aufgrund Konzernstruktur Viele Kollegen nicht kooperationswillig/faul

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
