      Pros

      Great place to work and gain experience. Steering division (Engineering) in Indianapolis has a good leadership team and there is room to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      There are very few opportunities to move into management positions. If management is your goal, don't intend to find the opportunity at TKP. The team is very well established.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
