Pros

Alright office, in a good location.

Cons

Constant changes, the best people leaving every month, uncertainity with the mission of the business, no guidance, no support, no HR, just no care for any of the employees whatsoever, no career pathways or growth, poor salary package (had to beg the founder for a salary increase), lack of culture or incentives

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience at THRYVE didn’t align with your expectations. As a growing business, we’ve made significant changes over the past couple of years—evolving our leadership, refining our mission, and building a culture that values autonomy, continuous improvement, and high performance. We’re confident in what we offer, while accepting that we won’t be the right environment for everyone. We’re one of the few companies in the world offering a genuine 4-day workweek, competitive base salaries, and up to 40% commission. We’re always looking for ways to improve and believe strongly that our people are our greatest asset. So thank you for your feedback, we will take this on board to move the company forward. We know we haven’t always got everything right—and we’re still learning—but we’ve worked hard to create an environment where driven, ambitious people can do their best work and grow. We now have a team that is energised, aligned, and committed to our shared goals. We wish you all the best in your next chapter. John - Founder @ THRYVE
