      Pros

      A solid company with an interesting product family for the security sector. The company is financially secure and distributes a high-margin product. There is a good atmosphere in the company and to achieve your goals one has a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company is a little too small for the way sales is structured organized. Also the proprietary products might get replaced by TCP / IP based alternatives. The product development, especially the software part is a sore point.

      Great product/engineering and great benefits

      Cons

      CEO doesn't know how to execute and thinks that he is the smartest guy in the room. He constantly thinks that he can read everything in a book and have all the answers instead of trusting the folks that he's put into leadership positions. The quotas are set based off of pipeline and making the numbers look better than they are so that they look better on paper.
