Pros
The Coder School is a very supportive and flexible place to work. Management genuinely works with your schedule and takes your requests and feedback into account, which makes a big difference. It feels like they try to make things work not just for the company, but for you as a person. The work environment is friendly and encouraging. You can always ask questions, and everyone is helpful and willing to support you. The kids are highly motivated and genuinely want to learn, which makes teaching very rewarding. Working with such engaged students motivates me to keep learning myself and to constantly improve my classes, because I know the students truly appreciate the effort.
Cons
Most positions are part-time, so it’s not ideal if you’re looking for full-time work. It’s a great fit for students or people who already have another job, but limited hours can be a downside for others.
