Pros

Pay not bad for a bilingual role Trainers on the whole pretty chilled Multicultural environment Free drinks little snacks and cererals in the morning Bonus

Cons

Early start. Some team leaders are awkward; while most team members are helpful, some have a serious attitude, others are two faced and will stab you in the back to look good. When the busy season starts no one laughs anymore there's a lot of stress, and if you think it's all about making the customer happy it's not. Priority is how many calls emails chats you deal with per hour regardless of how happy you made customers. No scope for progression or moving to other roles within the company - you're in and out and forgotten about.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
