      Very calm and well organised company, love the mentality and way of working in LEGO Group. You are well looked after here.

      Cons

      Relocation to Denmark is a Pro/Con...Billund is rather small place so that is the only personal Con but the overall country and people are great.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
