There are so many good things to say, fresh fruit, the hub team are always laying something on to make the office fun, recent revamp of the hub allows for much needed extra space.
Cons
Monitoring your 3 days a week in the office feels very big brother like. Little flexibility but this may depend on your manager / leader.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
