      the culture is unlike anything i've ever experienced. the organisation remains incredibly true to the brand dna and and original values of the founder family, everyone is very passionate about the brand, and recognises what a gift it is to be part of this amazing organisation.

      Cons

      can be a bit tricky to get head around all the different teams and functional silos

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
