      Hybrid Working Culture Generally a Individual Contributor working environment Many fun activities organised by the company all year round Very open and transparent working culture Close knitted teams Nice office The LEGO Group is people focus and very willing to invest in the well being and work satisfaction of its employees

      Employee count are rising and sometimes it can be difficult to find available work desks during peak periods. (Hot desk policy)

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
