      - Great flexibility to work from home - Amazing office - Generous employee discount - Team building days - Some really talented and caring colleagues - They want everyone to be heard

      Cons

      - Everything is decision by committing - Teams spend hours discussing process and ways of working but there's never any improvement - Clear lack of roles and responsibilities - Too much emphasis on people pleasing - So many egos who want their name across key initiatives but don't actually add value - Chaotic environment - everything feels like a mad scramble that needs to be done yesterday

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
