I loved the store I worked at ! After three years, all of the regulars know you and I loved making kids smile and helping parents hide Christmas presents !
Cons
After Obama Care was announced, part time hours were cut so that the company would not have to provide benefits. For a company that raves about caring for their employees, I expected differently. I was a part time supervisor and every year we are asked to do evaluations on our store manager. After three years, I stopped doing them because I felt they didn't change anything. When suggestions or complaints were given to our regional manager, they were ignored or excuses were made.
