      -Processes are a series of band-aid held together by the blood sweat and tears of employees rather than investment in correct systems -Favoritism is common in every area -Low paid due to high prior bonuses -Constant lay-offs, restructuring and job eliminations to other countries -Does not support remote working -Employees only really matter to manager during upward rating times

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
