Really good family benefits and discounts. Working for the company does feel like you're making a positive impact on the world, not just working to make a profit. 25% of all profits go to LEGO Foundation which is a charity but lots more cash is donated. I have a great work/life balance. Bonus had been really good for the past few years. Free LEGOLAND passes, mostly a 1 team culture where people want to help each other.
Cons
Hybrid working, you must be in the office 3 days per week and the CPO released a video basically threatening that people must comply. Pension is very basic - it's like the company don't care what happens to you when you get too old to work. Christmas/summer parties should be a positive but they're so badly organized due to the size of the company that you just spend the whole time queuing for things.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
