      Pros

      Not only does the LEGO Group have a great work-life balance, we have a very collaborative, open, and fun corporate culture here and I feel very lucky to be a part of it!

      Cons

      Although they do provide some good benefits, I do think the overall compensation package (paid days off, wellness package, insurance coverage, etc) can be improved.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
