      Pros

      Worked with great people, got to make some lifelong friends, regular customers become almost like family which was great. Discount was worth it, especially in a family with tons of kids.

      Cons

      Very little room to move up, raises are less than satisfactory, it's hard to move up unless you know somebody.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
