      They truly care about the employees and the customers. Great benefits for ft staff and good discounts for everyone. They care and take care of their people.

      Cons

      The Supervisor are all Pt it is hard to earn a FT position for your store, but it can be done. Its is also possible for them to apply for other internal jobs and get them.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
