      Pros

      Great benefits and a great work space - lots of LEGO in conference rooms and on employees' desks.

      Cons

      Remote locations have very little oversight or support. Culture and values varies by location. Boston office has no employees over the age of 50. There used to be, but they were all let go by one method or another.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
