      - international environment - great working environment - up-to-date methodologies and great resources - very flat hierachies - trust based Company culture

      Cons

      - unfortunately, the LEGO Brand values are not anymore reflected in the daily business - work - life - balance is only theory: more and more employees suffer from burnout and are asked to leave the company - very agressive top-down culture with high pressure

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
