      Flexible hours, understanding management, great team, positive work environment, sweet perks

      Cons

      Hours depend on sales/business needs, so sometimes work hours are sparse and inconsistent (10 hours one weeks, 25 another). Pay is decent and higher than other starting retail jobs with similar skill requirements.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
