      Senior/Corporate leadership team is very sincere and not pretentious. Nice work/life balance: as a FT salaried SM, I average 40-43 hrs. weekly. They promote diversity, especially pushing for more women in top leadership positions. Generous employee discount: 50% off Family-owned company (Denmark) Passionate DM's that encourage store teams to have fun at work! This is a job where you truly get paid to play with LEGO all day!

      Cons

      Daily you witness bad parenting: those who drop their kids off at our store and disappear for several hours. Urine accidents The occasional rude customer

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
