      Pros

      Great atmosphere, fun people to work with, the customers are great and excited to play and buy Lego. Great staff perks.

      Cons

      Store can get very busy at times. Too many kids playing can get tiresome. People get angry when their products aren't in stock.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
