      Pros

      Fairly Small Company - gained experience in a variety of areas, gave me multiple skills and areas of expertise to enhance my resume.

      Cons

      No formal training programs and non existent benefits packages . Additionally, opportunities to transfer to other departments are non-existent. No opportunity for growth and promotion. Considerably less pay package (Miniumum Wage) No clear information on payrises.
